OUR POLICY
GiftChick.com will serve to give customers a fun, stress-less shopping experience in the luxury of their home, delivered right to their door, with a generous 30-day return policy on unused merchandise. This means 30 days after its delivered, not 30 days from the order date.

Gift Chick wants to keep our customers satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to return an item please follow these instructions:

1. Email us at: Jamie@GiftChick.com for your return authorization number.

2. Pack your item in the original package, and write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the package to the return address provided on your packing slip. Don't forget to enclose the packing slip!

4. Your refund will be processed as soon as it's received.

NOTE: Items returned without return authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN EXCEPTION: Bath and Body items will receive a store credit only, after 30 days no bath and body items may be returned. Store credits are good for 1 year after the date of issue.

Please pack your return safely. We're not responsible for any returned items lost in shipping. Be advised that until there's proof that we've received your merchandise, it's your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return by Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.

Packages returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance (without delivery confirmation) can be lost in transit. Insurance alone doesn't provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service; there's no association with Gift Chick or GiftChick.com.

Canceling an Order
We apologize, but we cannot accept cancellations by email. After an order is placed, a customer is required to process a return based on our return policies.
